Returns & exchanges:
Merchandise may be returned for exchange or store credit within 7 days from
the time you receive your order. A Return Authorization number is required.
This number becomes your store credit transaction ID so please do not return
merchandise without this number. Merchandise that has been worn or damaged
will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Hosiery, stockings, pantyhose, panties, thongs, and G Strings or items
with panties, thongs, and G strings, BY LAW, are not returnable. Store
credit is not available for costumes. Costumes are size exchange only.
Rhinestone jewelry is not returnable. Sale merchandise is final sale. Swimwear is not returnable.
Shipping charges are not refundable and are not included in the amount of
your store credit.

You are responsible for customs fees, taxes,
duties, tariffs, etc. Do not ask us to send merchandise marked as "gift" as this
violates US customs regulations.
Refund Policy...
Due to problems with individuals purchasing merchandise for a one time
event (example: prom, Halloween party), wearing the merchandise and then returning the merchandise after their
event, and expecting to receive a refund for the used clothing, we no longer give refunds for
returns. We are a retailer and do not "rent" clothing. If this is what you need
or want, we suggest going to your local formalwear or costume shop that
specializes in renting clothing and costumes.
Chargeback Abuse Policy...
In the event that a chargeback is placed on a
purchase, we reserve the right to report the incident for inclusion in a
chargeback abuser database. The information reported will include name, email
address, order date, order amount, IP address, full address, and phone number.
Chargeback abusers wishing to be removed from the database shall make payment
for the amount of the chargeback + $50 for processing fees.
