How much is shipping?
Shipping in $8.00 for US orders, $20.00 for
Canada, and $30.00 for all other countries. The customer is responsible for
any international customs charges, duties, tariffs, etc.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Item availability is posted for each item. This
is the approximate length of time of takes us to receive merchandise from
our manufacturer's warehouses if we do not have it immediately available.
All orders are shipped UPS or FedEx. Shipping times will vary but most US
orders will be delivered in 2-3 days from the time the order leaves us.
Occasionally merchandise is on backorder. This
means that the manufacturer's warehouse is out of stock. We are usually
notified in 24-48 hours if merchandise is not available. You will be
notified of backordered merchandise as soon as we are made aware of the
backorder status. You will have the option of removing that item from
your order or waiting for it to come in. Backordered items will ship as
soon as they become available.
Please let us know if you have a specific
deadline by which you need to receive your merchandise. Overnight or special
direct shipping may be available for your purchase at an additional cost and
by special request only.

What is your return policy?
Merchandise may be returned for exchange or
store credit within 7 days from the time you receive your order.
It must be returned in the same brand new condition you received it.
Merchandise that has been worn or damaged will not be accepted. A
Return Authorization number is required. This number becomes your
store credit transaction ID so please do not return merchandise without this
number.

Chargeback Abuse

In the event that a chargeback is placed on a
purchase, we reserve the right to report the incident for inclusion in a
chargeback abuser database. The information reported will include name,
email address, order date, order amount, IP address, full address, and phone
number. Chargeback abusers wishing to be removed from the database shall
make payment for the amount of the chargeback + $50 for processing fees.

Why do you only offer exchange or store credit?
We used to offer a 14 day refund policy.
However, customers would purchase merchandise for a one time event or party,
wear the merchandise, return it, and want a full refund. We are a retail
store and we can not sell used merchandise. We do not rent clothing or
costumes. If this is what you need, please go to a formal wear or costume
rental store that is set up for that purpose.

Hosiery, stockings, pantyhose, panties,
thongs, and G Strings or items with panties, thongs, and G strings, BY
LAW, are not returnable.

Store credit is not available for costumes.

PLEASE: If you are using PayPal, be sure to put
all of the information we need to process your order: Size,

Charges to your credit card will appear as Wild
Child Clothing. We contact card issuing banks for address verification on
all foreign orders. Most credit card fraud involve orders with different
shipping and billing addresses so we will only ship to the credit card
billing address or verified PayPal address - even if you enter a
different shipping address.

Your personal information is only used for
processing and shipping your order. Credit card numbers are automatically
deleted from our system after 30 days.
