*In stock merchandise usually leaves our warehouse within 1-3 business days. 

Shipping time does not include the time needed to process your order. 3 Day shipping and 2ND Day shipping only shortens actual shipping time and does not include the time needed to prepared your order for shipping.

Add 7-10 business days if your order combines Sales Merchandise or combines manufacturers (ex. Order contains product numbers beginning with different letters).

Some items may require an additional processing time. This additional processing time is usually noted in the item description.

Return Policy - Exchange or Store Credit.

All Sale Merchandise are Final Sales - No Returns or Exchanges.

Costumes are size exchange only. Jewelry, Swimwear, lingerie and other intimate items can not be returned.

We are usually notified about backorders and out of stock merchandise within 2 business days.

Most US orders are received  by the customer within 7-14 business days.

International orders require an additional 7-10 business days. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties or taxes.

Most International orders are received by the customer within 2-3 weeks.
