Return and Exchange Policies
Merchandise may be returned for exchange, store credit or refund within 7 days from the time you receive your order. Not all items are returned directly to us. You must contact us regarding specific return instructions for your item. We are not responsible for items returned to the wrong address and returns sent to the wrong address will not be accepted or processed
Returns for Exchange or Store Credit Once you receive return instructions specific to your order, and ship your return to us, please email us the tracking number. This number becomes your Exchange/Store Credit Transaction ID. Merchandise returned without this number can not be processed, so please do not return merchandise without providing us with this number.
Returns for Refund
Once you receive return instructions specific to your order, and ship your return to us, please email us the tracking number. This number becomes your Refund Transaction ID. Merchandise returned without this number can not be processed, so please do not return merchandise without providing us with this number. Most refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your return.
Exceptions to the Return Policy
* Merchandise that has been worn, damaged, smell like smoke, etc will not be accepted for return or exchange.
* Rhinestone items are not returnable.
* Costumes are size exchange only
* By law, hosiery, stockings, pantyhose, panties, thongs, and G Strings that have been opened are not returnable.
* All Sale merchandise is final sale.
* Swimwear is not returnable.
* Evening dresses are size exchange or store credit only - we've had too many customers buy a dress for an event, wear the dress and then return it after the event for refund...definitely not cool...
